From lighter profiles to more developed roasts, every coffee is sourced responsibly and roasted in Breckenridge using 100% carbon-free electric power. Explore each roast below to find the flavors and brewing styles that fit your routine.


  • A silky mouth feel with amazing clarity and richness define this cup — Our Ethiopian Banko Taratu is a journey in a cup. Bright and layered, it offers floral and stone fruit notes that create a distinctive, satisfying flavor. This micro lot was selected for its balanced sweetness and nuanced profile, perfect for drip, pour-over, or espresso. Sustainably sourced, fairly traded, and roasted using 100% carbon-free renewable electricity, it’s a coffee that delivers both quality and conscience.

  • Helix Coffee Co.'s Kenya Single Origin: Rich tones with molasses flavors and cranberry tones that take everyone for a ride. We’ve chosen this Kichwa Tembo “Elephant Head” for our fall and winter micro lot based on it’s delicious and satisfying sweet and savors profile. Drip, pour over, espresso — sustainably sourced, fairly traded, and roasted with 100% carbon-free, renewable, electric power.

    We generally prefer this at a light roast level. Even for espresso. This roast level really shines with the Guatemalan and Ethiopian, let the notes compliment each other.

    Generally our dark roast option is medium and that’s where we prefer it. This provides a well rounded espresso shot and an excellent drip option.
