A Behind the scenes look at Helix

We recently opened the doors at the Helix roastery for a small get together with friends and members of the community. It was a chance to slow things down, share what we’ve been working on, and invite people into the space where our coffee comes to life.

Guests tasted through our current blends, compared flavor profiles, and learned more about how each coffee is developed. We also walked through our roasting process, from green coffee to finished batch, and talked about the fully electric roaster we use and how roasting at elevation in Breckenridge shapes the way we approach each roast.

The day was relaxed and conversational, centered around good coffee, curiosity, and connection. We’re grateful to everyone who stopped by and spent some time with us at the roastery.
