Processing Time
Orders are typically roasted and packed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Estimated Delivery
• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
• Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on destination
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us within 7 days at coffee@helixcoffeeco.com with your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
