We want you to love what you get from us. If something's not right, we'll make it right.
Coffee
Because coffee is a perishable product, we can't accept returns on opened bags. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out within 7 days and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no hassle.
Unopened bags in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Merchandise & Goods
Unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, wrong, or missing items, contact us within 7 days at coffee@helixcoffeeco.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll replace it or refund you — your choice.
How to Start a Return
Email us at coffee@helixcoffeeco.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the return. You'll get an email confirmation when it's processed.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact your account representative directly.
